Embarking on your Immanuel journey is an exciting time. We’ve streamlined our enrolment process to make it as smooth as possible for your family.
Before you begin, please note that places starting in 2026 and 2027 in both Prep and Year 7 are in high demand. We encourage you to contact the College directly to discuss availability before submitting your application for these year levels.

Submit your application online with supporting documents and your application fee.
STEP 3
INTERVIEW
Meet with our Principal or Head of Sub-School to discuss your child's educational journey and how Immanuel can support their growth.
STEP 4
OFFER
If successful, you'll receive an offer of enrolment. We'll provide all the information you need to make an informed decision.
STEP 5
ACCEPTANCE OF PLACE
Secure your child's place by returning the signed enrolment contract and paying the enrolment fee within 14 days.
STEP 6
WELCOME TO IMMANUEL
Get ready for an exciting new chapter! We'll provide all the details for orientation days and prepare you for a smooth transition.

We’ll confirm receipt and guide you through the process.You should have the following ready for your child’s application (where applicable):
- Your child’s birth certificate
- Copies of school reports from the past two years, if applicable
- NAPLAN results
- Medical reports/Allied Health Specialist Reports
- Court documents or parenting orders
